couldn't meet the needs of the new kind of dispatching job. After investigating
several domestic & overseas communication equipment manufacturers,
the administration had decided to sign an initial contract of the Neolink
Taxi Dispatch System with the Neolink Electronic Technology (Beijing)
Ltd on Dec 22 1998, and got in practice before the Spring Festival Transportation,
and successfully experienced the trial. The capacity of the Neolink
system has over passed the old system, and also the number of cabs that
it can dispatch has become No.1 or No.2 (it can dispatch 900-1,000 cabs
per day).
----QiangSheng Taxi Transport Management
System is the derivative products of the ODIN300 Single Channel Taxi
Transport Management System developed by the Neolink Group. It keeps
the key technology of the digital signal of the MPT-1237 Group Communication
System, and compresses the huge hardware equipment of the group communication
system to a normal PC board, engineering personnel can easily install
and maintain the system after simple training. The main control part,
station radio, antenna feeder, the transport platform and the system
management software form the whole system.
----QiangSheng Taxi Transport Management
System has not only had some basic function of the ODIN300 System, such
as single call, group call, dispatch call, dispatch, tracking, communication
request, alert, monitoring and remote control to lock/resume, and time-limited
communication, etc. It also merges in QiangSheng's years dispatching
experience, possessing the function of report, status inquiry of the
mobile cab, outside cab management, file management, etc.
----In QiangSheng Group, experiencing
500 customers and 4,000 calls per day has proved the reliability of
the system. And by utilizing the appointment capability of the old system,
the main control part has been simplified to be a PC, which can conduct
system control and at the same time dispatch the cabs. Thus the system
can fully utilize the dispatching information resources and reduce the
fixed equipment cost as well as human resources.
