RLX-8200 Large-scale Secure Digital Trunked Radio System

RLX-8200 Large-scale Secure Digital Trunked Radio System, developed by NeoLink, is a fully digital trunked radio system, applying FDMA technology. Developed for fast on-site radio network layout, RLX-8200 system can realize unified industrial design by integrating fixed/mobile modes. Besides basic dispatching functions of trunked radio system, it integrates advanced switching, networking, data transmission and digital voice encryption functions. The RLX-8200 is suitable for situations like natural disasters, rescue, prompt reaction and accident inspection. It is the ideal choice for the Military, Police, Transport, etc.

Fully digital technology

The system applies FDMA technology, with ACELP for voice encoding method and GMSK for traffic modulation.

High voice quality

The voice encoding method is ACLEP, which is applied in the TETRA system, allowing 4.567 kbps encoding speed. Digital voiced transmission replaces the traditional analog voice transmission with GMSK modulation. The voice quality MOS is better than 4.0.

High level of security

The system realizes digital encryption and end to end encryption, ensuring high level of security, which is specially required in the Military and Public Safety.

Integrated voice and data

Voice and data can be integrated to be transmitted in the same traffic channel. Up to 9.6 kbps can be achieved for the radio data transmission.

Analog compatibility

With MPT1327 open standard for the signal protocol, the system is compatible with analog system, which is now widely used around the world.

Enhanced coverage

Large area base station is deployed for the system with Omni-direction antenna, allowing enhanced coverage, compared with other small area base station system.

Integrated mobile/fixed mode

The system realizes unified industrial design by integrating fixed/mobile modes. The only difference between the two modes is that the power supply for system operation is different. As the telecommunication platform has a small size (1.17m in height) and light weight (180 kg), it can be installed on helicopter, therefore increasing its flexibility and coverage.

Flexible networking

Three networking modes are available:
(1) Multi - base station loop network;
(2) Multi - base station star network;
(3) Multi - base station mixed network;

For (2) and (3) situation, regional switch center is needed. We can provide RNX 8000 as regional switch center.

Line switching

With inset line switching function, 24 lines of inter-call switching can be realized.
